Payment Terms and Conditions
- Payments made through this website are managed and secured by the relevant payment portals (eWAY, PayPal, AfterPay or zipPay). Any problems that may arise due to these payment methods must be made through the relevant payment portal provider or discuss with your bank
- You must meet the appropriate requirements that zipPay set out in their terms and conditions. If there are any issues with the approval process, repayment schedule, or any other issue that may arise using their service you understand that you will in all circumstances contact zipPay for assistance and resolution. Love & Kisses in a Box are not liable for any missed payments or any other issues that may arise due to your contract with zipPay.
- You must meet the appropriate requirements that AfterPay set out in their terms and conditions. If there are any issues with the approval process, repayment schedule, or any other issue that may arise using their service you understand that you will in all circumstances contact AfterPay for assistance and resolution. Love & Kisses in a Box are not liable for any missed payments or any other issues that may arise due to your contract with AfterPay.
- Any party engaged in illegal activities involving the use of this website will be subject to Australian civil and criminal sanctions and prosecution. Love & Kisses in a Box does not guarantee that it will be able to prevent any illegal or inappropriate use of this website, nor that it will give notice of any illegal or inappropriate use of this website. It is an illegal violation to place orders under a false name, with a fraudulently obtained credit card or without the consent of the cardholder. All persons found to have placed a fraudulent order will be prosecuted.
Shipping Terms and Conditions
- Any delivery ETA's provided by the shipping calculator are exclusive of dispatch. Ie. Dispatch is usually within 2 to 3 business days from when the order has been submitted. The shipping time provided by the shipping calculator is then added post dispatch.
- We do not provide an express dispatch/postage service as yet. This is something we are investigating and will be sure to keep you informed the moment if/when the service is initiated.
- WE CANNOT AND WILL NOT GUARANTEE DELIVERY TIMES FOR OUR GOODS. THIS ESPECIALLY APPLIES TO DELIVERY TIMES AROUND EASTER / CHRISTMAS ETC.
- If you are not at home/at the delivery address at the time of the delivery the Courier will attempt to find a safe spot to place the parcel. The safety and security of the parcel is your responsibility. In some circumstances the courier may leave a calling card. This is at the discretion of the courier/courier company. It is up to you to organise all arrangements for redelivery with the courier and any additional costs will be bourne by the recipient/purchaser.
- It is IMPORTANT to note that due to potential delivery issues we STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEND delivering directly to a hospital. This is due to us not being able to guarantee how long the delivery will take and therefore there is a reasonable chance that the item may be delivered after the person (recipient) has left the hospital. This will work out to be costly for the sender as we will have to charge a new delivery fee to send the parcel to a new address. We do apologise for any inconvenience caused.
- Goods will only be dispatched upon receipt of payment from either PayPal, eWAY Portal, AfterPay or zipPay (upon checkout).
- When a purchase is made an invoice will be generated and emailed directly to your nominated email address. Even though the invoice has been sent, you will still need to complete the PayPal transaction. Without the PayPal transaction we will automatically cancel the order (as we will not have received payment for the goods).

- In the scernario where you have used AfterPay/zipPay to purchase your goods, these goods will only be dispatched upon receipt/approval of payment by AfterPay/zipPay. Please remember that approval may occur some time after checkout has occured so keep this in mind if you are making a time critical purchase.
- Dispatch will be within 2 to 3 business days from when the payment has been approved.
- Upon dispatch normal shipping times apply
- All of our products and services attract a Goods and Services Tax (GST) of 10%. All prices advertised are inclusive of GST.
Purchaser changing their mind / Returns for faulty or damaged goods
- We apologise but we do not accept items returned to us due to you changing your mind post purchase. We are pretty confident though that our items for sale on this site are of excellent quality and that you will not feel the need to change your mind after purchasing.
- In the very unlikely situation where you have received faulty or damaged items please let us know via the Contact Us page. We will then contact you to organise what the next steps will be. Please view the Return Policy here
The use of this website and these conditions is in accordance with the laws of Australia. Any legal action arising out of its use shall be enforced under Australian laws. By using this site, you agree to the jurisdiction of the courts of Australia and any legal action pursued by you shall be within the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
