Purchaser changing their mind
We apologise but we do not accept items returned to us due to you changing your mind post purchase. We are pretty confident though that our items for sale on this site are of excellent quality and that you will not feel the need to change your mind after purchasing.

 

Returns for faulty or damaged goods
In the very unlikely situation where you have received faulty or damaged items please let us know via the Contact Us page. We will then contact you to organise what the next steps will be.
 

Please Note: It is very important that when asked that you provide us with photographs of the damaged items. Once we have received your message in regards to your goods we will then give you the relevant instructions on what to do next and where to email the photos to. This is required so that we can properly assess the issue. 

Only return the goods once all parties have spoken and Love & Kisses in a Box has provided you with the authorisation to return the goods. 


If any issue occurs please give us the chance to rectify. Leaving a message via facebook or any other social media site will not get issues resolved any faster and just causes headaches for everyone concerned. Please leave a message via the Contact Us page instead. This will be addressed within 1 business day.

We want to help and its in our best interest to work with you as it is so very important for us to make sure you are a happy customer.

 

Time limit for returns
Please try to contact us as soon as you become aware of any issues so that we can promptly rectify. The longer you leave it the harder it gets for us to potentially source a replacement if necessary.
