Dispatch

All boxes will be dispatched within 2 to 3 business days from when the order is placed. If there are delays Love & Kisses in a Box will endeavour to contact you as a courtesy to explain the delay. Please ensure you provide us with at least a valid email address and /or phone number so that we can keep in touch if this unlikely situation occurs.

From time to time dispatching may take longer due to public holidays or a variety of other reasons. In these scenarios we usually will provide ample information and/or warning screens making you aware of when this occurs and what options are available to you.

Please keep in mind that we do not provide an express dispatch/postage service as yet. This is something we are investigating and will be sure to keep you informed the moment if/when the service is initiated.

 

Postage (Post Dispatch)

Once dispatched from our warehouse it usually will take around 2 to 3 business days to be delivered to the address provided within the eastern states of AustraliaFor Perth and remote areas the amount of business days required for delivery will increase and vary depending on location.

Any delivery ETA's provided by the shipping calculator are exclusive of dispatch. Ie. Dispatch is usually within 2 to 3 business days from when the order has been submitted. The shipping time provided by the shipping calculator is then added post dispatch. ‚Äč

WE CANNOT AND WILL NOT GUARANTEE DELIVERY TIMES FOR OUR GOODS. THIS ESPECIALLY APPLIES TO DELIVERY TIMES AROUND EASTER / CHRISTMAS ETC.

 

Delivery to your address

Delivery will usually occur any time during the hours of 9am to 5pm weekdays, excluding public holidays.
 
Don't forget, it's quite OK to list your delivery address as your place of work. If you are not at home/at the delivery address at the time of the delivery the Courier will attempt to find a safe spot to place the parcel. The safety and security of the parcel is your responsibility. In some circumstances the courier may leave a calling card. This is at the discretion of the courier/courier company. It is up to you to organise all arrangements for redelivery with the courier and any additional costs will be bourne by the recipient/purchaser.

Delivery direct to a hospital is Not Recommended

It is IMPORTANT to note that due to potential delivery issues we STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEND delivering directly to a hospital. This is due to us not being able to guarantee how long the delivery will take and therefore there is a reasonable chance that the item may be delivered after the person (recipient) has left the hospital. This will work out to be costly for the sender as we will have to charge a new delivery fee to send the parcel to a new address. We do apologise for any inconvenience caused.

 

Re-Delivery Fee

In cases where the incorrect gift recipient details have been provided a re-delivery fee will occur. Please ensure you check that the recipient details are correct.
